Substance Use Disorder Outpatient Clinics

Northpointe’s Outpatient Clinics provide interdisciplinary treatment to adolescents and adults affected by substance use disorders and other addictions. All clinics are confidential and licensed by the NYS Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services. Locations include Niagara Falls, Lockport, and a satellite location at New Directions Wyndham Lawn Campus. Services are covered by most insurances; sliding scale self-pay fees are available for individuals not covered. 

Medicated Assisted Treatment options for ages 18+ include Buprenophine (Suboxone), Vivitrol, Acamprosate and Nicotine Replacement Therapies.

Open Access Hours are available at both outpatient clinics from Monday to Friday from 9 am to noon. An addiction clinician is available at this time for new client assessments and current clients in need of immediate support.
